About DCCS
Development and Construction Cooperative Society Limited has been established under the Multi-state Cooperative Societies Act 2002, Cooperative Societies in the Secretary and Ministry of Corporation, govt. of India. Registration No – MSCS/CR/1554/2024.
Membership of DCCS is the state level federation, Dist. level federation and large size/Primary level societies from state and UTS of India i.e. State of Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Delhi & Bihar. Copies of the Registration certificates are appended.
DCCS was recognized as a construction agency and was permitted to undertake the work of the Departments of the State and Central Government, Corporations/Bodies Corporate, Authorities, cooperative societies and institutions of private sector etc., as a construction agency.

निर्माण कार्य
5 निर्माण प्रखंडो के माध्यम से समस्त निर्माण कार्यों को गुणवत्ता, समयबद्धता एवम पार्दर्षिता के साथ सम्पादित कर निर्माण को उत्कृषटता के साथ किया जाना
सामान्य अनुबंध
सामान्य निर्माण और मरम्मत के कार्य को ग्राहक विभाग के साथ अनुबंध के आधार पर सम्पादित कराना
डिजाइन और निर्माण
संस्था में इम्पैनल्ड आर्किटेक्टों के माध्यम से परियोजनाओं के मानचित्रों को बनाया जाना
निर्माण प्रबंधन
परियोजनाओं कि समय सारिणी, लागत, गुणवत्ता, सुरक्षा, कार्यक्षेत्र और कार्य का प्रभावी प्रबंधन हेतु 6 परिक्षेत्रों के माध्यम से अधीक्षण अभियंताओं के अधीन निर्माण कार्यों को कराया जाना
प्रयोगशालायें
परियोजनाओं कि उच्च गुण्वत्ता हेतु मुख्यालय व प्रखंड स्तर पर प्रयोगशालाओं का होना
स्वास्थ्य और सुरक्षा प्रबंधन
स्वास्थ और वैयक्तिक सुरक्षा के दृष्टिकोण को ध्यान मे रखते हुये निर्माण एवं प्रबंधन करना
